They are extremely unprofessional rude and do not accommodate for any of their employees for personal reasons or medical reasons and if you do get injured on the job, they try to make you feel bad for having to go get medical treatment. Swire has a ton of benefits and it’s a decent company but the management is god awful. The work environment is pretty good However, the pay is definitely not worth what you’re going to be put through.
